Can anyone recommend a caterer that could cook a meal for 15 at my house?

am getting married, a small affair, and am having trouble finding some where to sit 15 people together to a sit down meal, most place have said it will be on separate tables. So I thought I could find a small catering company to come into my home and cook here, will have a marque up so sitting will not be a problem. help

aren't ppl so annoying its not hard to fix a couple of tables together so you can all sit together!!

anyhoo have you tried yell.com? other than that you could go and ask your local pubs chief if they fancy some extra cash and do you wedding meal?? falling that i will help out!! (sorry i no not much help)

It depends where you live as many caterers are local.  Which area are you from.  Looking them up in yellow pages normally helps but best of all is word of mouth recommendations from people who live round about.

CHECK out your local phone book

they should have people advertising in there

and then don't forget to get a few references

you don't want your big day spoilt by bad food.

i did the same thing.i used a man called Ben Neale,an excellent chef and he brought all the kit,did a splendid job and left the place immaculate.his business number is 01905391204,highy recommended.

Try a local catering collage there are always student chef's willing to come and cook at homes, and believe me they are just as good as the established chefs, if not better as they are freshly trained.
