Can anyone recommend a cheap/good international phone calling service?

My boyfriend lives in Aruba(I live in USA) and I am currently paying .20 cents a minute to talk to him on his cellphone.. I use a phone calling service called Tel3, but I think thats a little high... I tried looking up phone cards but they all have connection fee's and monthly fee's and stuff that I don't want to get involved with.

Can anyone recommend to me a quality international phone card/service that is cheaper than 20 cents a minute?

Look into Skype, they allow you to use your cell phone to call six people (you can change them at any time) anywhere in the world. Rates are very good.

Yahoo voice ! There are the cheapest international and national call. Most of time 1-5 cents
