  1. Hostal Residencia Riesco,C/ del Correo 2, #3 at Puerto el Sol.. Very Clean, shower or bath in every room, descent sized rooms. Two Star

    Telephone  91 522 26 92

Or Hotel El Prado  THree Star

  2. I can't recommend one. I, however, have used http://www.venere.com/ and http://www.medhotels.com/ to find good places to stay when travelling abroad.

  3. You can head over to http://www.resideo.com/es/madrid/ and do a city-wide quote.   Click the "Check Availability" button, choose your dates, submit the form, then sort the results by price -- that'll put the cheapest places first.  You can then read about each hotel, view pics & book online.

    Good luck, and have fun!

  4. Hostel Lopez was a really nice place to stay in Madrid. It inexpensive even in august (when I went). Its a place that you really just sleep there. It is 5 minutes away walking distance from Museo del Prado. I really liked the location since its also so close to the train station. Have fun.
