Can anyone recommend a excellent portrait tattoist?

Looking for the best portrait tattooist in Melbourne. Wanting to get my dog on me and after someone that can do work from photos. Any names or parlours would help.

Ugh, don't go to Kat Von D. She is a really rude person and I've seen so much better work than her's. Don't even get me started on her tattoo shop in LA either. It's just a big souvenir shop with stuck up little scene kids in it.

Anyway, my friend got some awesome portrait work done at Devils Ink Tattoo in Melbourne, so I would check it out :)
