Can anyone recommend a good, inexpensive restaurant in Soho?

Actually, I'll expand that to the West End, but ideally within 10 mins walking distance from Soho.

  2. there is a fantastic chinese who do lots of samples to try on a table - normally for a group of 4 or more - 5 minutes from review bar - offers on the board outside - delish and fun

  5. TRY one of the "pie & mash" places.

  6. yates is really good, in lester square. the food is nice and the drinks are good. go for dinner then spend the rest of the night there, it gets pretty packed and the atmosphere is grate.

  7. The Stockpot is good, its near the Comedy Theatre(Pantene Street).  My mate and I went we both had a main course a drink and a pud for £16!!!!  Good quick food too!!! Can thoroughly recommend it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Jimmy's is a cheap and cheerful Greek restaurant in Frith Street and Old Compton Street down stairs through a blue door next to Bar It.

  9. depends what cuisine you are after and what budget.. non expensive to you might be expensive to me... i work here so I have lunch.dinner aroud here all the time. The best steak place is Gaucho's by far. Is expensive, but well worth it. Ping pong is nice for dim sum. fairly priced. Satsuma for j*p fusion is really nice.. reasonably priced. for pan european- reef bar has some food.. not too expensive either if booked through top table
