Can anyone recommend a good DS game for a 13 year old girl?

Question

I'm looking to buy a new ds game, I'm 13 and I bought nintendogs, which was ok but lost its appeal quickly and I was given brain training which in all honesty I really didn't like!

I have been looking at:

cooking mama 1 or 2 (by the way I assume you don't but just to be sure do you have to have the first 1 to be able to play the 2nd?!)

animal crossing (not sure about this one though)

mario karts

the 'imagine' set

but I'm unsure, so I need advice! Most importantly I want a game that I'll be playing for ages with lots of lasting appeal - I usually find that after a couple of weeks playing a game, I'll loose interest and never play again!

mario karts quite good and lasts a few months. animal crossing wild worlds is bril and lasts for years (well i'm still playing it) you get a house and make it bigger and theres cool effects like snow in winter and brown trees in autam ect. its realy good game.

point blank ds is super dont bother with it if you have played ps1 version of it

Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (an awesome game, one of the best LOZ games, 100% worth buying)

Super Mario 64 DS

New! Super Mario Bros.

Animal Crossing: Wild World (defiantly get this game!)

Mario Kart DS

42 All time Classics

Pokemon Diamond (unless you don't like Pokemon, of course)

And maybe some of the Final Fantasy games, if your into those types of cause!

I really like Brain Training.

And I have

Sims 2 pets, and sims 2 castaway!

And this fashion designer game and this horse game lol.

Age isn't greatly important, it's the type of games you like.

Animal crossing is a great game, although if you find it fairly easy it may get boring. It's interesting to see all the seasons though, talk to animals and collect everything (which takes a long time)

Mario kart is a very popular game, but not for everyone.

It really just depends on what you like. Maybe something like Harvest moon, lost in blue or pokemon would interest you.
