Well on top of whitening tooth paste i use crushed strawberries and baking soda to brush my teeth it really works! celebrities do it!

pearl drops toothpaste is comes with a whitner guide so u can keep track of how white your teeth get it only costs about £5 from tescos boots etc

Bi Carbonate definately works but to make it more palatable add a few drops of peppermint oil, and a little water if needed to make a paste - that's it, very cheap and natural !

Nothing is cheap today. If you want really white teeth without going to the dentist I recommend Crest tabs. They are 25.00 but you will have beautiful white teeth. All my friends use them.

Anything cheap will not work, no matter what anyone on here tells you.

It's worth the money.
