Can anyone recommend a good dining place for group of 15 with a few kids in Singapore. Buffet preferred.?

My personal favourite is the Amirah's Grill at No. 20 Pahang Street.

They serve Middle Eastern/Western/Mediterranean cuisine and the food's absolutely delicious.

They do cater for private parties/functions and the second level of the shophouse-restaurant should be available for private functions.

Try Straits Kitchen at the Hyatt... They serve local Singaporean Food... I love the dessert!!! and teh tarik...

I suggest Mariott because the space is bright and spacious and kids may like to wander about. Straits kitchen is a little dark with a fews corners and glass and stuff, not too ideal if the kids likes to run about and have fun. Moreover the food at mariott is always good

Try Kuishin Bo, in suntec city.

Nice place, good food and reasonable price.

Try Sakura Japanese Restaurant.  They have a good mix of local and Japanese food, buffet style, below $30/- nett prt head. Outlets in town, Toa Payoh, Science Centre and Tampines.

Alternatively the international buffet at Hyatt Hotel is just as good, about $40/- per head.
