Can anyone recommend a good hotel/resort to spend honeymoon in Koh Samui, Thailand?

Looking for something affordable, not wanting to pay 100's of dollars a night. Nice, private, quiet area. Room service is a must, along with double bed - definitely not 2 singles which is what happened last time I was in Thailand! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
