Due to laws etc. in Spain re this type of work it´s a minefield.

You´ve got to be on site and check out everyone offering this service by seeing if they are on official registers of companies etc.

If you do get any responses giving recommendations, ask for at least four previous clients you can check with. Mind you make sure these are real.

My strongest advice is be at your apartment for a while, check local Spanish builders and ask around locally using previous mentioned criteria.

Whoever does job make sure you´ve a good binding contract signed at Notary with finish dates, prices etc clearly defined.
