I want to relist my house, but I don't know which ones in my area (south suburbs of chicago) are good at selling homes in my area. Can someone help?

Avoid the franchises, they are for people who can't manage to do business using their own name.

Talk to neighbors who recently bought, ask who the listing agent was.
