Can anyone recommend a good reliable brand name or non-brand name compact carpet shampooer?

Question

I am looking for a small carpet shampooer that won't take up too much space...I live in an apt where space is limited so compact is ideal....it doesn't have to be brand name (although preferred) but I just need something that can last for awhile.....

Also if anyone can recommend a high traffice cleaner that really works...

go too walmart they have some dirt devil carpet shampoo for 79 dollars and they work very well and are compact you will get good use out of it.they also have others.you can go to walmart.com and check them out that way or take a trip to the store.
