Can anyone recommend a good venue for leaving drinks in central London (close to London Bridge)?

I need to organise a leaving party for my colleague - can anyone suggest a good venue?

We work at London Bridge so over the years have tried all the usual places in London Bridge / Bank / Borough and were hoping to find somewhere a bit different! However, we are hoping to remain in this area or it's going to be too difficult to get everyone to somewhere else. Otherwise, we could consider other City venues or even the West End, but it does need to be central.

There will probably be at least 15 people and at most 30 people, and we haven't decided on a day yet but it most likely will be a Thursday or a Friday, so preferably somewhere not too crowded unless they have table service.
