As always, my advice is don't base your buying decision on price.  There are too many inferior or contaminated supplements out there.  That being said, you can get a comparison at healthpricer.com.  There a link below with some info on 5 HTP in case that's useful.

[edit]:  I would never suggest buying supplements off eBay. There's no guarantee of quality, you don't know where they got them (stole their neighbor's package, kept damaged products, selling an open bottle, etc), and you don't have the company's guarantee/warrantee of the product
