Can anyone recommend a great restaurant in Lancashire ?

Want to go out for a special meal, have tried a fair few places over the years, can anyone recommend a really good restaurant?

Socrates is good so is max max been to both enjoyed our meals there also been to china blue in horwich going again soon,

what about trying Paul heathcotes in Bolton , or Andrew nutters in rochdale  both these chefs have been on telly recently,
