Question:

Can anyone recommend a modern, rigorous grammar of the Cornish language?

I've downloaded Henry Jenner's 1904 "Handbook of the Cornish Language", which seems very fine, but I would like to find something based on a more accessible orthography, preferably the Common Cornish system (Kernewek Kemmyn), and with a phonological description based on the International Phonetic Alphabet.

Please cite author, publisher and (if there is one) International Standard Book Number.
