Before anyone says diet and excersize, I know that is the key, but we could all use an edge. Thanks

  1. I would say anything with protein would work very well. I recommend nuts or Kellogg's Protein Water.  Both work well.  Also, drink lots of water, that helps you feel full too.  Eat slowly because it takes your body 15 minutes to tell you it's full no matter how much you eat.  The less you eat in those 15 minutes, the better chances at weight loss.  Good luck!!

  2. What I tried, was drinking a big glass of water before a meal and in between meals when I was hungry. This will help you eat less. It wont suppress your hunger but will make you feel full faster so you will not eat as much. on the plus side H2O is all natural....

  3. Well, the most popular natural appetite suppressants are Hoodia Gordonii and Slendesta (a potato protein extract). Give each of them a try at different times to see which one works better for you.

Also, since you already know about the diet/exercise part (which is great that you are planning to use them together), make sure you have eaten enough for the day before starting any major workout... if you don't have the energy to do it, you could have trouble. Good luck!

  4. Hoodia Gordonii

Chromium picolinate 500mcg a day. I say this because every time i take it i don't have as much of an appetite.

  5. Jelly O
