    just like what the person above me said, pyongyang is the capital of north korea and nk is a communist country

Pyongyang is the capital of North Korea.  North Korea is a closed pseudo-communist country that allows only the most limited forms of tourism.  There is no freedom of movement in North Korea.  Even North Koreans are strictly limited in where they can travel and so the odds of you getting official permission to visit a beach in North Korea are slim to none.  You would have to be personal best friends to North Korea's dictator Kim Jong Il in order to have a chance.

    Instead, there are lovely beaches in South Korea, especially on the West Sea Islands as well as most of the East Coast.  South Korea is a modern, western-style democracy with full freedoms and civil liberties just like we enjoy in the West.
