I am looking for somewhere easy to get to by tube (I have friends all over London). I would like to be able to reserve a space, because its a Friday night, but somewhere that's generally not packed would be good too. I would also like some outside space because it might be nice weather, and because some of my friends and myself are smokers (yes I know its not good for me, any answers that suggest giving up and then picking a bar will get the thumbs down from me). Ideally, the place would serve a good selection of beers and wine and some cocktails. Also decent food (both bar snacks and full meals) would be a bonus. No dress code-type places please, some of us get to wear jeans to work but others have to wear power suits and I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I realise this is a huge wish list, but I'm hoping to get some suggestions that I haven't thought of.

  1. You probably won't get an outside area anywhere in central, central London - not many beer gardens in Picadilly, lol!

Maybe somewhere central-ish, but still easily accessible, like Rocket Bar in Putney, or White HOrse in Parson's Green? All fulfil outdoor area, wine, beer, cocktails, bar snacks and full food. Hope this helps!

  2. There's bloody millions of them, they won't like you reserving an outside area in summer in case you don't turn up!. Pubs don't have dress codes mate lol.
