  1. Take the train.  There's the Airport Express that takes you straight to Roma Termini station and a slower one that stops at Ostiense and Tiburtina.  If your hotel's not near one of these, take the metro from Termini.

  2. Rome Airport Transfer. Pick-up from airport and driven to your hotel in Central Rome, or Pick-up from your hotel in Central Rome and driven to the airport (same cost - price is per car).

Standard Sedan  50,00 Eur  - max 4 passengers

    Mercedes New E-Class  60,00 Eur - max 4 passengers

    DIRECT TRAIN LEONARDO EXPRESS

The direct train between Fiumicino and Termini costs € 9,50 and takes approximately 30 minutes. It leaves from and arrives at track 22 at Termini (the main train station). This is the cheapest way to reach your destination in Central Rome: hotel, Bed & breakfast or private apartment.

Fiumicino Airport -> Termini Station - Every day - Every 30 minutes: from 6:37 to 23:37

Termini Station  -> Fiumicino Airport -  Every day - Every 30 minutes: from 5:52 to 22:52

N.B.: Leonardo Express train makes no mid-journey stops.

    Route time: 35 minutes

  3. Yes, the train to Termini is perfectly reliable and regular. It is the cheapest option as most of the hotels are clustered around Termini and if you're lucky you can walk it when you get there.
