  1. Don't know the area too well, but go to squaremeal.co.uk or toptable.co.uk, and you can search restaurants by area

  2. I have eaten at two of the restaurants at the Dickens Inn

One is called "Pizza on the Dock", and it was nothing special.

The other is called "Grill on the Dock" and it was better. We sat out on the balcony and had a nice meal.

  3. Mala next to the dock office if you like indian food is great.

The Aquarium just over by the clock tower in the ivory house is good if you like fish, but more pricey. Also Tradewinds does a good A-La-Carte menu and offers set menu deals, budget on £50/person with wine. Personally i would give the dickens inn a miss as its full of noisy tourists and cameras flashing all the time! The menu isnt great either.

  4. If you want something reasonably priced with a good atmosphere and view, try the Dickens Inn. From al a carte to burgers. Have been there and it's good.

  5. I believe that's where the Tower Thistle Hotel is located. They used to have a really good Carvery restaurant, excellent for Sunday Brunch/Dinner.

  6. If you walk down into Wapping, there's a lovely Italian called Bordellos - food is gorgeous, but not cheap!

  7. dickens inn
