Can anyone recommend a scary not-so-well-known ghostly horror?

Seen most of the well known ones,although i'm sure there must be great ones done by indie film-makers.

  1. The Woman in Black!

    Scariest d**n film I ever saw! Its quite hard to get hold of but really worth it. Its a Victorian ghost story, it's really frightening. It even scared my Dad! lol

  9. The Orphanage. It's Spanish with English subtitles, but after a while you don't even notice. Not so much "horror", but there is no gore, and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Brilliant suspense/thriller with supernatural themes.

  10. Dead of Night, a 1945, black and white, British movie introducing several scary stories wrapped up in a man's nightmare. It features the well known tale of a ventriloquists dummy possessing a life of its own but this one is the best.
