Can anyone recommend an excellent honeymoon destination ?

Ideally want somewhere all inclusive (or at least half board) in the Indian Ocean with a 5 year old and a 3 year old for around £4,000? Would be going in mid October is this a good time to go? Or would somewhere else be better? May be asking too much at this price :-)

First off, find someone to watch the kids, this should be a special time for you and your husband. No kids...

But if you have to bring a cruise may be a good idea because hey have child day care on site and all food is included...

I don't have any ideas for Indian Ocean, but can highly recommend Jamaica and Mexico where I went and had a great time.  In Jamaica we stayed in Riu Ocho Rios (in Ocho Rios) and in Mexico-Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya.  We booked our trips thru Apple Vacations, not sure if they offer deals from UK (I'm guessing that's where you are from since you quote prices in British money) but it is worth looking into: www.applevacations.com.  We paid $1600 for 2 people in Mexico and $1400 for 2 people in Jamaica, both trips were for 7 days and included airfare, hotel, all food and all beverages (also alcohol.)  Plenty of tourist from Europe go there as well, so I am guessing you should be able to get the all-inclusive deal.  Weather is great, beaches are awesome and you don't have to leave the resort in order to have fun!  Call your local travel agent to check pricing from your town.

I would look into booking a cruise.  That way, all your meals are taken care of, you get to visit lots of cool places without having to figure out your own transportation, and they have child care for those times when (ahem!) you and your husband might want to be alone.  It IS your honeymoon after all.  :-)

Go talk to a travel agent.  You can get some great deals on all exclusive vacations.  A cruise would be great for all and may actually fit in your budget.  Dont' forget to get travel insurance.  It is very inexpensive and so worth it.
