Can anyone recommend any good books to read on Astral Projection?

I am well aware I can google astral projection. I just wanted to see if anyone can recommend a good book they have already read!

I think my friend Pestilipen can, I starred your q so he might see...YOU OUT THERE PESTILIPEN?  

He says we do it at night while we are sleeping and are not always aware of it.  I would like to try it, but I'm such a chicken, well okay I'm a ferret, but a scared ferret, which if you know anything about ferrets doesn't make sense...

be wary of books i found one book at barnes and nobles by a highly respected phsycic, after reading hte first 20 pages i proved him to be a liar, best way is to find someone who can teach you face to face, though ill give you the infamous warning, there are alot of worse things than death and after you leave your body you open yourself up to alot of them

Robert Monroe's books are more inspirational, Robert Bruce's are more practical - depends what you need.
