Can anyone recommend good converters that can convert cassettes and magnetic films(VHS, camcorders) to PC?

Question

I have old cassettes, vhs tapes, and camcorder mini tapes that I wish to convert to digital format. Can anyone please recommend some bang for the buck converters for all three of these media devices? It does not matter If I have to buy separate converters. I have a s video output in my camcorder but not my computer. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated!
