Can anyone recommend some sites for people facing a heart transplant?

My girlfriend needs a heart transplant and is having trouble coping with the idea. I want to be as supportive as i can but its not something i've ever had to deal with .I'm scared and feel completely out of my depth. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any sites where people had shared their experiences with heart transplantation as well as offered advice and support for people in our situation.

Below are just a few links you can go to for personal testimonies and information about heart transplants.  Also, I do not know what area you are located in, but her physicians will be able to give you some local support groups in your area that will be good for your girlfriend and you.
