My friend is getting married in june and would like to do a hawaiian outdoor bbq is Seattle. Can someone recommed someone or where we can find someone who specializes in this?

why don't you do the hawaiian local thing and throw a party where you supply the meat and everyone brings a dish. You can find the recipe for the kalua pig on line (mainland style is in the oven, lol) try alohaworld for recipes. They're going to pay an arm and a leg for stuff you can do cheap.
