Can anyone recommend somewhere to eat in leicester?

Just somewhere thats really nice and not likely to have any children in, but not too pretenciously expensive?

  2. How about Melton Mowbray - not far from Leicester and they do Pork Pies don't they?

    Yum yum.

  5. Well the Case is nice - above the Champagne Bar.

    San Carlo for Italian or La Tasca is nice for Spanish Tapas.

    I've been to all three and enjoyed every meal - price range depends on what you have really - but they all have websites which have the menu listed.

Their is a really nice Italian restaurant just up from the clock tower cant remember the name sorry But if you put your back to the clock tower and face up towards game on the pedestrianised area stay on the left side and walk up the street towards the train station cross the road pass game station and its not to far up the way on the left it has blue lights and at night it has flame coming out of these dish things on the front of the building you cant really miss it

    the food is fantastic and the service great hope this helps you out and you enjoy it if you try it out/ find it etc.

  8. the case in the city centre is really nice as is the tapas bar la tasca on granby street. on queens road is another tapas bar called barcelonetta which is great value.

  9. What's wrong with children ? Have you forgot you used to be one! Stay in you miser and then there will be no one there to spoil your evening!
