Can anyone recommend where to get a good Vietnamese sandwitch in HCMC?

I live in HCMC, Vietnam and enjoy eating Vietnamese sandwiches. All the places I know are take out only, usually a stand, and only available in the evening. I am looking for a place you could sit down, ideally for lunch? Thanks for any suggestions

    I meant to go there on my last trip but did not.  It was once written up in Food & Wine magazine about great places to eat in Vietnam.
