Can anyone remember a retro lemon desert???

Question

It was an instant packet mix and once made you sprinkled a topping over it that was sort of like crushed digestives? Can anyone remember what this was called?

I do remember it, but can't remember the name - sorry! Think it was mixed with water or milk and served hot with the crumble mix on top and it was lovely.

This is a popular question, and unfortunately not one with a positive answer!! The pudding you're looking for is Bird's "Hot Crunch Pudding", they did lemon flavour, banana flavour, chocolate, butterscotch, and I remember them being one of my favourite desserts as a girl! Its been discontinued unfortunately, but to recreate it, you could always warm some custard, add some lemon flavouring and then top with crumble topping or some crushed digestives.
