MAYBE IT'S NOT MEXICAN BUT GOYA IS LATIN AND IT HAS A LARGE VARIETY OF GOODS TRY THEIR WEBSITE  OR A SITE THAT CARIES THEIR PRODUCTS......

There are some things you'll just have to have a friend bring in for you.  Many Mexican foods -- at least the ones I like -- combine meat and dairy, so it's probably not popular in Israel.
