He's nicely put together but in that first pic, that left front hoof has me wondering, has he been foundered? If so, how much rotation to the coffin bone, 'cause it looks like there's quite a dip in the front of that hoof from that picture and the 2nd one didn't really show more to make me think anything different.

It might not be a waste of time to have a vet check him FIRST before you put any money down on him.
