Can anyone send me some useful french and spanish idioms?

Please make sure they are used within the country, I do not just want a whole website of copied and pasted idioms because i already have them.

I can only help you with the French stuff.  I don't speak Spanish so all I'd be able to do is give you Spanish idioms, but I wouldn't know if they are commonly used in Spain.  

Here are some French sayings that I know are used in France:

Il est difficile à dire - It's hard to say

C'est dommage - It's too bad

Bonne idée! - Good idea!

à qui le dis-tu? - You're telling me!

à ta santé - cheers

à tout à l'heure - see you soon

aller sans dire - to go without saying

Allez-y! - Go ahead!
