  1. ummmm...what do you need guns for...*scared*

  2. If you want to sell guns online you need to contact the ATF.  (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) and get your license to buy and sell firearms.

    My guess is NO.

    Good luck!!!!

  3. No but you can get most gun shop to ship them for a small fee.Only a Federal Firearms License dealer can ship and receive Firearms.

  4. yo uhave to be a licensed gun broker for this website, its www.gunbroker.com

  5. For the most part, no.  The shipment of guns typically requires a transfer through a FFL holder.

    However....

If you are looking to deal in what they call Curio & Relic firearms (over 50 years old...WW2 era roughly), you can get a FFL C&R license yourself for $35 and a few postage stamps.

If you are looking to ship modern weaponry, then you need an FFL holder (like a gun store).  The transfer fee usually runs from $20 to $100.

The one exception to this is through a program called the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP).  The CMP is a non-profit organization that was established by the US government to put firearms in the hands of civilians.  The idea being that if old military weapons are sold cheap to civilians, there will be a supply of civilians that can be called upon to defend the country that have firearm experience and a firearm.  It isn't simple to get a weapon through the CMP, but it isn't too difficult either.  The weapons the carry are mainly WW2 rifles (M1 Garand & M1 Carbine).  Their website is http://www.odcmp.com  (go to sales and choose rifles from there)
