ok so i have to do a 5 to 6 page paper on What made Afghanistan part of the mid-east and Pakistan part of South asia. Where is the dividing line? and what was the dividing line (was it a line because of the etnic groups or the country border)? the instructions say that my best bet is to try and figure out what makes the mideast and what makes south asia (aside from geographic location). Perhaps locating thematic maps of both countries or the region. PLEASE ANYONE HELP i have to turn it in by tuesday and an emergency came up and i dont have time to do it. please someone help. I am willing to send you a money order for your work! Sincerly Thank You

  1. Pakistan is an Islamic country.  Afghanistan is an Islamic country.  Pakistan aligns itself with the Middle East and so does Afghanistan.  Both are located on the Asian continent.    Religion and Culture, more than political borders, determine the Middle East.

South Asia is usually a term given to India.
