Can anyone solve Caller ID mystery?

Question

Someone is calling my house harassing me,but there is nothing on the Caller ID.It doesn't say unavailable or anything.Nothing at all.I do have anonymous call rejection.There is no record of the call at all and when I dialed *69,it said the number could not be called back.It is very possible a law enforcement officer is involved in this.Anyone know how it is being done?

they are probably calling from a cell phone

This sounds kind of weird But the best thingy you can do is get on hold with your Telephone provider and explain to them whats going on they might help you trace the call.

you can legally "SPOOF" your own number when you call someone. Companies like www.Tellespoof.com allow anyone to do this for a smal fee. Basically you can make it to were no call id shows up OR if the person doing this knows a number of someone you know they can make it look like that person is calling you et cetera. If you try to do a last call return it wont tell you who it is, and if you do a *57 you cannot trace the number back to whoever originated the call. Your best bet is to let the phone company know this is happening and get a new unpublished number.
