I have a couple ghost stories for you that really happened to me. This may be a long one okay!!! First when I was about 9 or 10 years old my parents put our dog Ginger to sleep due to illness and being the age of 16 years old. I had put  gingers favorite balky in my closet. She had had this blanky since she was a puppy. Anyway a couple of day's after her death I was awoken in the middle of the night to a scratching from inside my closet. I also heard whining and panting from inside the closet. I knew it was Ginger but when I finally had the guts to look in the closet she wasn't there. This went on for about three day's. That stopped but then one morning I was awakened again but this time I felt the bed shaking a little bit and heard panting again. When I looked down towards the foot of the bed there was Gingers tail. She was walking back and forth back and forth at the foot of the bed and panting and rubbing against the bed to make it shake. When I went to look she was gone. She just disappeared. So with that I asked my dad to burn the blanket. I believed at that point that Ginger was wanting her blanket so I thought that if we were to burn her blanket it would somehow get to her up in heaven. That night my parents and I had the same dream about Ginger. In the dream I was standing what seemed to be in an all white room with a light at the front. A very bright!!!  Then I saw something coming out towards us from the light. It was our Ginger. She was running with her tail wagging and acting like she was a puppy again. She ran up to us running all around us excited. We each got to pet her and then she ran back up and through the light. Ginger never visited us again. I believe that she got her blanket and had to say her final goodbyes and thank you's to us. At least I then knew that my beloved Ginger was in a good place and was very happy.

When I lived with my parents for a short time something visited me and I don't think that it was a very positive. When I would go to bed at night the bed would start shaking violently and I would hear a LOUD growling from beneath my bed. This happened three or four night then it stopped just like that. As quickly as it began. Thank the lord. It wasn't a very nice thing to encounter.

After I put my cat Boy to sleep I started hearing him meow once in awhile. Then I started feeling him rub up against my legs and I could hear him purr. Then one day as I was walking down my hallway leading into the living room I turned around for some reason and there was Boy laying on my daughters bed sunning himself or that's what it looked like to me. His beautiful long black hair was shining in the sun and his green eye's stared at me. We looked at each other for a LONG TIME. And just like that he was gone.

When I owned my own restaurant and I came down the stairs ( I lived upstairs from the restaurant ) every morning all the cups and saucers would be moved all over. This happened every morning for three years. When I was downstairs in the restaurant I ( we ) could hear loud footsteps and could hear the doors opening and closing. There would be no one upstairs when this would happen. When I would go upstairs I wouldn't find anyone or anything up there.

When my parents cat Kitty was put down at the age of 25 years old she came for a visit too. My mom saw her going around the corner. Saw her tail somewhere in the house. And my mom heard her one day upstairs meowing and meowing. When my mom said, " Yes, I can hear you up there she stopped meowing. My dad saw the cabinet door on top of the refrigerator, where Kitty used to go in and lay down ( It was her favorite place to hang out. ). She would open and close the door when she went in. You could also hear the door shut behind. Anyway, my dad saw and heard that put there was no Kitty there to see. But he knew it was her.

Last one. My mom has taken up photography as here hobby just recently.  My mom and dad live in the north woods of Wisconsin. They're basically in the middle of nowhere except for all the woods that cover the area. They also live by a beautiful lake. Every time my mother takes a picture and develops them we can ghosts or spirits in them. There's a lot of children in them. All kinds of things. They look like their from the 1800 hundreds. There's Indians and there's also the one's that don't look so nice.  things things that don't look to nice will disappear from the photo's and then they return. They will also transfer themselves on to another picture. I am just about to research that area to find out ( if I can!! ) what was there long ago. It's really neat to see these things on the photo's except for the not so nice ones.

I don't know why these things always seem to happen to me.

I was about 8 years old and me and my mom were the only people at home at the time.

We were just sitting downstairs watching t.v. and then all of a sudden we heard footsteps upstairs.

My mom told me to wait downstairs wile she went upstairs to check what the footsteps were.

We both thought there was like somebody in the house,not a ghost but a person.

We didn't have any animals,so it couldn't have been animals walking around.

But then while I was downstairs alone I heard scratching at the bathroom door,so I ran upstairs screaming.

My mom told me nothing was upstairs.

and we were so scared we had to get out of the house so we waited outside for my dad to get home from work for 4 hours.

Then one time,

i was sleeping in my room and I woke up in the middle of the night to a strong gust of wind.

my window was wide open and the curtain were flowing up in the air.

i went to sleep with my window shut and locked and with the screen on it too,

but the screen was gone as well.

I was like what the h**l,so i just ran to my parents room and nobody beleived me.
