  1. Lots of reefs around Bermuda for ships to hit. Also when you are in the middle of the ocean without weather radar if you get stuck in a storm you can be washed into the reefs or just loose your bearings which could cause you to get lost, starve and disappear.

  2. Unfortunately NO!!  Even scientists have been unable to explain positively why ships have disappeared in the triangle.  There have been many speculations, like air currents, water currents, changes under water which change the buoyancy on the ships and thus they sink, electrical storms and disturbances, and a few others.  But no one has been present when a ship sank to record exactly what happened and why.

Adding to the confusion is the fact that ships and planes go through the "triangle" area every day and nothing happens to them.

  3. Ok.  I am going to share an absolutely "never be told to anyone not sailing with you" secret.

The Bermuda Triangle offers an exit door, that when used, will reroute ships automatically to come out in the waters off Japan.

Now, you must SWEAR never to share or tell anyone this!
