Can anyone suggest a clean, reasonably priced hotel in Aix-en-Provence?

The Campanile chain of hotels is modern, clean and inexpensive. There are 3 Campanile hotels in the area (2 star hotels).

If you want something of a slightly better quality, there is a

and a 4 star hotel of the Mercure chain:

In total there are about 30 hotels in or near Aix-en-Provence.
