Can anyone suggest a good club in London to go to for a birthday?

Hi all it's my birthday in June and I want to go out to a nightclub with a few close people in London, thats resonablly priced and a general 'happening' environment. I know London Clubs can be expensive, but can anyone help any suggestions are all very much apperciated and thank you in advance.

When you say club, it's not only night clubs that provide good music and dancing. you don't actually specify which style of club you are referring to, nor to which part of London you want to go to (realise that London is one of the most expensive cities in Europe for nightlife and entertainment) and weekends would be a little more expensive than weekdays.

If it's a night club you're looking for then I can't suggest any because of not actually liking that kind of environment, so can't recommend any, but....

There are plenty of other music clubs in this great city, and according to your tastes and interests you should be able to find something. A good place to start would be one of the many listings magazines, newspapers or supplements; examples such as TIME OUT or the weekend supplements like "the times london list" or "guardian guide" on saturdays.

If you like live music (various here) The Bedford/Regal Rooms for unsigned. Ronnie Scotts/Jazz Cafe in camden for jazz, many venues that cover all types of music.

Also worth noting are the multitude if Gastro-pubs and regular puubs that can do a decent quality meal as well as the restaurant chains.

your welcome but it would have helped if you'd mentioned what music you might be into hun, anyway there's a club called 'the end' in oxford circus, it plays drum n bass and breakbeat, i had the best time there once. just my opinion hun have a good forthcoming birthday  x x

Fabric is brilliant, it has 3 floors but it quite expensive
