Can anyone suggest a nice and cheap hotel to stay in Barcelona?

Try Ciutat de Barcelona.  Or try booking.com.  They have a lot of choices.  The Petit Palace chain which is all over Spain is also worth checking out.  They have a website showing all their hotels in Spain.

Go to the Spanish tourist site and follow the links to Barcelona there used to be a list of hotels on there .

This is a Best Western hotel right by the side of the main city square at the top of Las Ramblas.

Airport bus stops/starts in the main square.  

The metro and tourist buses (about 17 places to see around Barcelona, hop on and off all day, English speaking guides on every bus.  Well recommended).

Stayed there, well recommended, ideal situation!

Try "alpha rooms" on the net.I doubt you'll find anything cheap though,because i couldn't,so i flew to another part of spain,and got the train or the bus there for the day.If you find anything cheap,let me know please.Cheers.
