The plan would be to have a nice get together for my grandmother to celebrate her birthday.

I think before anyone can answer we need more informtion.  For example - how many people are getting together?  What type of food does your grandmother like?  Will this be mostly adult, or do you need a child friendly environment?  And when do you expect to celebrate?  Felicitications to your grandma on her b-day by the way.
