Can anyone suggest a people finding website or program?

I just decided to do a search for a relative of mine that I have never met. Has anyone used those cheesy people-finder programs that always pop up on the web and had good success with it? One thats affordable and provides a good amount of information?

I am so glad you are asking this question.  I was online most of yesterday trying to find a free one.  All of them that say free, pop you over into another site wanting money.  I tried one of those a month ago and got no results and demanded a refund.  Thanks for posting this!
