  1. Balanced diet and regular excersise would work

    avoid trans fat,butter,more sugars in diet

    get acupuncture done

  3. hey diet for 5 days and do this alternate weeks.....

    1st day---1lt water+100ml honey+20ml lime juice.

                  (mix together n take it 3times a day)

                   drink as much as water u want to drink dont eat anything.

    2nd day---eat fruits except bananna

    3rd day---eat vegetables

    4th day---eat boilled chicken with bread and add vegetables and u can add spices to it...but avoid oil.and d rest of the day u can have chicken soups

    5th day---same as the fourth day.

    All kind of Meats: no

    Fish: Yes twice a week (200g+200g)

    Chicken: Yes once a week (100g+100g)

    Rest of the days: Follow Raw or partially cooked vegetable recipes

    Best cooking for chicken and Fish is "steam" or cook them in light Olive Oil. Dont think about fry.

    Follow above with two times of daily 2hr walk (morning+evening) you must get sweat in the walking

    you will lose approx 3 kg in 3 months

    Follow above formula with joining gym to exercise lightly.

    you will lose approx 5 kg in 3 months
