Can anyone suggest a "no win no fee" solicitors ?I hear some take way too much of your compo !?

Was knocked down by a van driver in Oct 2007 and now I have an idea of my injury status I want to take civil action against them.

    I used these to make a claim they were really helpful and easy to use I successfully won my claim and received a substantial pay out.

    I can really recommend them.


  2. if you're 110% sure that you were not at fault in any way, just make sure that the solicitor claims their fees from the other side, this should be in addition to your compensation. e.g. if you are awarded £1000, you get £1000, any fees should be claimed from the 'other side' on top of that

  3. 99.999999 % are NO WIN NO FEE...................I have never heard of anyone getting stiffed on this issue.....

  4. Were they insured? Claim from their insurer, not them personally! (unless they ran you over on purpose).
