Can anyone suggest a security paper that cannot be photocopied to use for a manual I have created?

I have created a manual a detailed business manual (approximately 1,600 pages) for those individuals interested in starting, running, marketing and developing a personal assistant or concierge business. I am about to sell it. However, I want to print the manuals on security paper that cannot be photocopies or scanned.

I have seen numerous papers out there. Can anyone suggest one specifically for it? Has anyone had any experience with using them and do they serve that purpose?

Check with your local office supply or print shop. I don't know of any that will prevent except for one that I've seen that is watermarked "Illegal to Photocopy" "Copyrighted" or something to that extent. No matter what you try, someone has already found a way. :>(((
