There is no real cure for terminal sinus problems as the mucus glands are overactive but you can certainly reduce the problem.

Switching from mucus generating dairy products to soy milk certainly helps.

Also the natural antibiotics garlic oil and colloidal silver both help.

You can try having a tablespoon of honey and half lemon juice in luke warm water , first thing in the morning . My husband has the same problem and his is better with this .

To check if it is allergy, check your circumstances like , are you getting it near dust,certain change in weather,or aromas of any kind.

This sounds really weird but, flush salt water through your nose. Do a search on youtube for "neti pot" and you'll see a video of it, it's also been featured on oprah. I tried it with just a mini tea pot with a cup of lukewarm water and 1/2 tsp of salt rather that purchasing a neti pot and it worked wonders, it takes a minute to get used to, but feels so good after you do it. I was breathing through my nose better than ever.
