Can anyone suggest an anime or manga to me?

Question

I know these kinds of questions go up all the time, but I feel the need to ask it.

I'm not terribly picky about genre, mostly as long as it's a good story I'll probably like it.

Some animes I've really enjoyed are -

You should try Air Gear and Elfen Lied. Both are pretty interesting and entertaining. Just in case you didn't know though, Elfen Lied is pretty violent. Actually one of the most violent mangas / animes i've ever seen but the story is incredible. One Piece although one of the more common mangas / animes is also very good.

Code Geass -- Two seasons, currently ongoing. The second season is called, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2. Similar to Death Note, but 10x better because there are giant robots and intense fighting but beware of fanservice. :X

Vampire Knight -- I recommend both the manga and the anime. Both are still ongoing. Second season will be out in October. One of the best anime//manga I've ever seen/read. A new take on the vampire genre with an interesting plotline and fascinating characters.

FullMetal Alchemist -- I haven't read the manga yet, but the anime was extremely well done. The movie was a bit blahhhh, but if you haven't watched the series, you're not complete yet, haha.

i recomend going to crunchyroll.com for a whole index of anime you can watch right on the spot, allot of them are still in japanese with eng. subbs.

"Mammotte Lollipop" (by: Michiyo Kikuta) is a good manga. Its about two guys protecting a girl named Nina. Its very cute. Theres action, romance, and comedy in it. "Magic" is a part of it.

Another is "Full Moon" (By: Arina Tanemura) That one is about a girl who wants to sing but she cant due to a health condition. So she transforms into a teenager with the help of two shinigami.

Lastly "Ranma one half" is really hysterical. Its about a teenage boy who turns into a girl when splashed with cold water. There are different type of martial arts in this anime and its so cool. Ranma 1/2 is my favorite Anime.

Looking at the animes you've watched and enjoyed, I've noticed that a few of them are long-running shounen anime. In that case, I would recommend The Prince of Tennis. Even if you're not really into tennis (like me), it's still a really good watch. Tons of bishounen eyecandy too.

If you like blood and violence check out Blood+ or Elfen Lies ... My sister says the Manga for Elfen Lies is better than the anime but  I dont read Manga and those are the only two Anime I've ever seen that I liked.
