Can anyone suggest any places to look for rented houses?

I am looking for a 3 bedroomed house in the Bolton, Manchester area, but am finding it impossible. I am a DSS tenant and I l know alot of people don't like renting houses to DSS tenants thats why I am struggling to find a property. I have searched the internet but have found nothing. Can anyone help. I have 2 young children, that is why I am claiming Housing Benefit. I have worked all my life and intend to go back to work as soon as my children are at school.

i just moved to a different city on the 1st.. from the minneapolis area, to st. paul. and i didnt look at apartment/house guides or ads or in the paper, i went to a wonderful site called craigslist.

go to that site, then at the right of the page, pick the location you are at, then you can click on apts/housing wanted.

you can also put a housing wanted ad up, too. thats how i found the house i am living in now.
