Hey

there is a day long hike that can be done about an hr out of lucerne.

Its call Trift.

there is a glacier there and a suspended bridge to trot across. its beautiful!

Chateau de Chillon isn't too far from Lausanne, and Jungfraujoch is the main one near Interlaken. Lucerne is a place of interest in its own right, but you could add Mt. Pilatus or Mt. Rigi or Mt. Titlus to the list as well.
